How Surreal Comfort reviews work
- Who can leave a review on Surreal Comfort?
- Only signed-in customers who have received a box. Reviews are tied to the account that ordered, so they cannot be left anonymously or by people who have never subscribed.

- Yes. Every submission is held as pending and read by a moderator, with automated spam scoring flagging suspicious entries. Nothing publishes until it is approved.

- It is the mean star rating of every published review across the Standard, Plus and Deluxe boxes, recalculated whenever a new review is approved.
- Do you ever write reviews yourselves?
- Never. Founder and early-member quotes are labelled as such and are kept separate from customer reviews.
