Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may pause, skip, swap tiers or cancel at any time from your account, at least 48 hours before dispatch.

Prices include UK VAT and standard delivery. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice; existing subscriptions honour their current price until renewal.

We collect the minimum data required to curate and deliver your box: quiz answers, contact details and payment tokens. We never sell data.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data at any time. Email hello@surrealcomfort.co.uk to make a request.

All menstrual protection is manufactured to UK regulatory standards. Cosmetic items carry ingredient lists and allergen declarations.

If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use and contact us immediately.

Supplements included in our boxes are sourced from UK‑registered suppliers with full nutritional labelling. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Consult a medical professional if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking prescribed medication.

Rechargeable electrical items (heat pads, diffusers) carry CE and UKCA markings, ship with user manuals, and are covered by a 12‑month warranty.
