Do I need an account to see what my box would contain?
No. The quiz takes about two minutes and shows a preview of your curated box before you create an account or enter any payment details.
How is my box personalised?
Your quiz answers map deterministically to one of twenty box configurations across the Standard, Plus and Deluxe tiers, with explicit substitution rules for allergies, sensitivities and product preferences — no random picking.
When will my box arrive?
Boxes are dispatched to reach you before your next expected cycle, sent tracked with Royal Mail or DPD. You will get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as it leaves us.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. The outer packaging is unbranded and FSC-certified, so nothing on the parcel indicates what is inside or who sent it.
Can I pause, skip or cancel?
Yes, at any time from your account — pause a month, skip a delivery, swap tiers or cancel outright. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
What happens after three months?
Loyalty unlocks: after three months of continuous subscription you gain access to spa perks, tier upgrades and referral rewards.
What can I do with my personal data?
Your quiz answers are used only to curate your box. They are never sold, they are handled under UK GDPR, and you can request deletion at any time.
